| C Frame Type Presses |
| POWERTECH manufactures accurate, precision machined C frame presses. This is a 25 Ton C frame Hydraulic Press for precision pressing. The press has a top and bottom hydraulic cylinder for simultaneous pressing. The pressing force and speed of the top and bottom cylinders can be adjusted independently. The press has a removable press bed plate and bolster plate. A linear transducer and a load cell are fitted and a load versus length of pressing graph is plotted and visible on the display panel. The machine is controlled by a PLC based panel. Safeties include 2 hand safety switches, pneumatically operated polycarbonate guards. |
